Fast, precise diagnosis and treatment for macular, retinal and vitreous conditions in Harley Street
How we help: Choose the path that fits where you are today.
PATIENT JOURNEY
From your initial consultation, through to surgery and posturing after surgery, we will be there to guide and support you every step of the way.
CLINICAL IMAGING
& MEDICAL DEVICES
We have the most advanced imaging equipment in any private retina-dedicated clinic. This allows for the most complete visualisation of the back of your eye and more accurate diagnosis.
AGE-RELATED MACULAR DEGENERATION (AMD) TREATMENT & PRIVATE SCREENING SERVICE
Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is common after the age of 50, though it can happen earlier. The risk of developing AMD increases with age. The prevalence goes up from 1/ 200 at 60 to 1/5 at 90.
Diabetic Eye Disease & Private Screening Service
Uncontrolled diabetes can have side effects on your eyes even before there is loss of vision and therefore it is always best to be examined regularly to reduce the risk of irreversible sight loss.
Vitreous Floaters
Patients with an acute onset of floaters need to undergo a Full Retinal Examination through dilated pupils that includes Biomicroscopy and Indirect Ophthalmoscopy with Scleral indentation to rule out Retinal tears or Retinal detachment.
CATARACTS
The normal function of the lens in your eye is to focus light so that you can see clear, sharp images. When a cataract occurs, the lens inside your eye becomes cloudy making it difficult to see well enough to carry out your daily activities.
GENETIC DISEASES
CLINICAL TRIALS
All our current clinical trails are industry-sponsored and therefore are at no cost to patients.
